Return & Cancellation Policy – Madeleine Jewels

At Madeleine Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the conditions below.


📦 Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • No damage caused by improper handling may be visible.

  • Hygiene-related items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • For defective or damaged goods received upon delivery, please include a photo as proof when contacting us.

Please note: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
However, in cases of damaged or defective products upon delivery, return costs may be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items arrive used, worn, or damaged due to reasons not related to us.


🔁 How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email our customer service team at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (for damaged items)

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct return address within 2 business days.
Please do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package, as this is not our processing facility.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process it within 7 business days.


💬 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days, starting from the day you (or a person you appointed) received the goods.

Because we work with an automated order system, cancellations after placing an order are not always possible.
If your order has already been shipped, please wait until delivery and then start the return process.

💰 Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🌍 Return Shipping Information

To maintain fair prices and high-quality standards, all returns are handled through our central logistics facility in Asia, where quality inspections take place.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon arrival.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
